The Client
Het Onderwijsloket was launched in January 2020 on the initiative of the Association of Universities of Applied Sciences and the Association of Universities. The goal is to create one central, independent platform with all information about working in education. The team consists of educational experts who give personal advice on making the transition to education and answer all your questions about working in education.

The Request
Het Onderwijsloket has asked to develop an online knowledge platform to give people who are considering working in education (or want to retrain within the education sector) insight and knowledge about the transition to education.
The platform needed to include (among other things) a knowledge base, an easily searchable contact database (providing insight into the complex educational landscape) and hand drawn graphics to engage the audience – all based on research of potential users.
